To help us respond faster, please include:
- Which calculator you're writing about (if any)
- The inputs you used, if reporting a calculation issue
- What you expected vs. what you got
What to write about
- A result or formula you think is wrong. Include the inputs, and it will be checked against the source the page cites.
- A calculator, material or unit you need that isn't on the site yet.
- Something broken on your phone or browser — a button that does nothing, a page that won't load.
- A translation that reads wrong. Corrections from native speakers are especially welcome.
What happens next
Every message is read. Reports of a wrong result come first, because a bad number can mean a short concrete pour or a second trip to the supplier. There's no support desk and no sales team, just the person who builds the site.
Corrections policy
When a report checks out, the fix goes into every language version of the page at the same time, not just the English one. The About page explains how each calculator is checked. Results are estimates for planning, so your project specs, your supplier's figures and your local building code still govern; see the Disclaimer.
